Genre-defying UK trio Clean Bandit have today announced their biggest ever UK tour, including a night at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on 2nd November 2017. The tour kicks off in Cambridge on 30th October, and takes in Bournemouth, London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle and finishes up in Manchester on 7th November. 2017 has seen Grammy Award winners Clean Bandit reach dizzying new heights, with their huge single ‘Rockabye’ (featuring vocals from dancehall king, Sean Paul, and up-and-coming British singer, Anne-Marie) sitting at the top spot in the UK singles chart for nine consecutive weeks, and racking up over 1.3 billion streams to date. What’s more, their new single ‘Symphony’ (feat Zara Larsson) is currently sitting at #2 in the UK singles chart, at #1 in the UK iTunes chart, has to date been streamed over 103 million streams, and the official video has had over 73 million views!
Releasing their debut album New Eyes in 2014, to date this incredible act have achieved over xxxx streams worldwide, with 3.28 billion streams in the UK alone. They have sold over 19 million singles and 1.6 million albums worldwide, won a Grammy for ‘Best Dance Recording’ with “Rather Be” feat. Jess Glynne, have been nominated for 2 x BRIT/Billboard Music Awards and 1 x BBC Music Award, featured on the Band Aid 30 single, performed alongside the Philharmonic Orchestra for BBC Radio 1, sold out London’s Alexandra Palace and additionally, the band’s Jack Patterson is 2 x Ivor Novello-winning.
The band are currently in the studio recording their second studio album, set for a 2017 release.
