The tour follows their recent self-released track ‘Move Hide Shake’ and coincides with their first official Roadrunner single ‘WHY DO YOU HATE ME?’ which is out in March.

Recorded with former Hundred Reasons guitarist Larry Hibbitt on production duties, the debut album emphasises MARMOZETS’ growing skill in developing a broad range of styles. Titles which are set to be included on the album include the snappy, punk attack of ‘Cover Up’, the brooding dynamic contrasts which feature on ‘Captivate You’, the visceral aggression of ‘Why Do You Hate Me?’ and the soaring progressive epic ‘Cry’.
“It’s been months since we’ve all played together in the same room because everyone does their parts separately during recording,” adds vocalist Becca MacIntyre. “So now we’re all back together in band practice it feels like the best thing ever.”
Completed by two more MacIntyre siblings Sam (guitar) and Josh (drums) and the Bottomley brothers Jack (guitar) and Will (bass), MARMOZETS first came to the world’s attention following the plethora of ideas found on their first two EPs ‘Passive Aggressive’ and ‘Vexed’ as well as for their high octane live shows. Seen on tour with the likes of Funeral for a Friend, Young Guns and Four Year Strong, MARMOZETS have also hit festivals including Download, Reading and Leeds.
